Overview
SpareWell is a personal monthly planning app designed to help you understand what you can safely set aside after your planned monthly spending.
This version of SpareWell is designed to work offline-first and stores your month plans locally on your device.
Information We Collect
SpareWell does not require account creation and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal identifiers in order to use the app.
The app stores the following information locally on your device:
- month plans
- monthly income values
- enough-for-the-month values
- must-cover items
- planned extra items
- category selections
- currency selections inside saved plans
- theme preference
How Information Is Used
SpareWell uses your locally stored information only to:
- display your saved month plans
- calculate totals such as Must Cover Total, Planned Extras Total, and Safe to Set Aside
- preserve your settings and saved planning history on your device
Data Sharing
SpareWell does not sell, rent, or share your financial planning data with third parties in this offline-first version.
Data Storage
SpareWell stores your data locally on your device using on-device storage. The current version does not require cloud sync or a remote account to save your data.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until:
- you delete month plans or items inside the app
- you uninstall the app
- you clear the app's local storage through device settings
Children's Privacy
SpareWell is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
You can:
- edit or delete items inside the app
- delete saved month plans inside the app
- remove the app from your device at any time
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated if SpareWell adds analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, authentication, subscriptions, ads, or other new features that affect data handling.
